...could help alot of the overpopulation of horses just because you have a mare doesn't mean she should be bred, there should be licensed breeders only and limit those breedings to healthy animals with no genetic problems. Backyard breeders of just any old horse end up with animals no one wants, health problems and eventually those offspring end up as some ones dinner and shoes!!
