-diced apples
-diced carrots
-grapes
-allbran budds
-molasses or honey
-bananas
-flour
-water
preparation:
1. mix dry ingredients first
2.add sticky mix, Chill until it is
doughy
3. put into oven till golden
brown
note: it is very important to
refrigerate you're treats or
then it will easily get moldy.
