I am a horse owner and have been since i was born, i believe that horse slaughter is needed. Yes horses are one of gods greatest creations, however why make them suffer by closing the slaughter facilities? Horses are suffering more then ever now because the factories are closed. In the United states horses were being slaughtered humanely, now that its been stopped, horses are being sent to Mexico and Canada where horses are not slaughtered humanely. Now whats worse a horse being slaughtered and helping people starving in and outside the United states? or having horses starve due to you people closing the slaughter houses you tell me whats worse. Horses need to be slaughtered, however in a humane way!!!!!!!!! death is a part of life!!!!!!!!!!! you people need to stop this tree hugging business and look at what you have caused these horses to go through.
