Jacksons frozen taco treats

by Laura Featherston
(Poland, Indiana, USA)

mix 2 cups sweet feed
crushed peppermints or butterscotchs,
2 cups cereal, your choice
2 large eggs
half cup milk
a cup of sugar, white or brown, your choice
2 cups chopped hay
2 cups lettuce leaves chopped
half cup honey

Mix everything together, roll into balls. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes, just to get it cold enough to handle well. Take a corn taco shell place some long pieces of hay in taco shell, take a ball spread it to fit taco shell, fold, put back in freezer fold side down. Jackson loves them.
