Humans Vs. Other Creatures

I'm the first to say that, I too love all creatures great and small. But, I don't believe that no creature should take precedence over humans. I don't believe that animals should be abandoned, abused, misused, neglected or tortured either, but animals will be killed to keep from over populating. Unfortunately, there're currently chickens, cows and pigs just to name a few that're being slaughtered for food and then some. Since these creatures are being killed, I agree that they should be put down as humanely as possible. I understand the love that many horse owners have for there beloved pets and the many suggestions about the financial accruements that can be received through the different avenues of horse exploitation via horse racing. But, much of this energy should be put to use concerning human deplorable daily livings locally and around the globe. That's my spin on the grotesque subject of creatures slaughteration. |
