I think that it is wrong. Horses are beautiful, sweet creatures and I have very harsh unloving words and views of people who find it ok and justifiable to abuse a horse or send them to a horrid death. Then later to be eaten by the monsterous greedy mouths of Americans, Canadians, Asians and Europeans. -concerned 14 year old.

I completely agree with this page. I am the proud owner of a 6 year old mare. She was brutally abused, beaten and hurt, so much that before me, no one could even come around her.
There was a connection between me and her from the start. She still wont let anyone else anywhere near her.
I questioned her owner why she did that to her, and she said that if i hadn't bought her, she would be lucky not to be in the slaughter house!
She is the best horse and ride a person could ever ask for. She is so willing to work, it isn't even funny.
I love her to death ,and i cant see why anyone would ever ever abuse such majestic and wonderful animals! Please stop abuse and slaughter! We owe it to these wonderful creatures!
