Homemade Horse Treats: Straight From The Kitchen To The Barn.

View RecipesSubmit Recipes

Making homemade horse treats may not be practical all the time, especially since their much easier to buy. However, it’s nice to treat your horses every now and then with something they will really enjoy.

I like to treat mine about once a month or so and on special occasions, like Christmas. It’s fun to watch them dive in to their homemade horse treats and get all sticky and slobbery.

I’ve put together some horse treat recipes for you and your horse to enjoy.

Even though some of these recipes may contain peanut butter, *Do Not Feed Horses Peanuts*. They cannot digest them. Make sure all horse treats are safe before giving them to your horse.

Look here for more treats and a huge selection of Horse and Pet Supplies.

Send us your favorite homemade horse treat recipe, and we will post it on this page. Don't have a recipe? Send us a comment on a recipe that you tried off this site.
