Gypsy's Oatmeal Cookies

Gypsy’s Oatmeal Cookies

1 apple
2 cups plain oatmeal
1 cup Red River Cereal
1 cup cheerios
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup molasses
½ cup water

1. Peel and core apple. Microwave for 1 minute. Mash with fork.
2. In a large bowl add oatmeal, cereal, cheerios and brown sugar. Mix well.
3. Stir in honey, maple syrup, molasses, water and apple.
4. In a 12 hole muffin tin place 2 tbls. Of the mixture into muffin holes. Pack down mixture.
5. Bake in oven for 20 min. at 300 degrees.
6. Remove cookies from oven for 10 min. Put in plastic bag.

*Note* Keep refrigerated until served.
