Good Success Story

I made the oatmeal cookies for my shetland pony for christmas, they smelled delicious, were fun to make and she loved them! I didn't make them into cookies though. i put them straight into the oven as oatmeal balls. I did have to substitute a few ingredients though. i used maple and goldyn syrup as molasses and rolled oats as oatmeal. Thank you for this great recipe! I am sure she is looking forward to her christmas morning now.
