Carrot Cookies

1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup dry regular oatmeal
1 1/2 cups Grated Carrots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll in balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet, Bake for 15 minutes, and cool for 1 hour...Then let horses Enjoy!
